This is about a business plan to control the natural resources, protect the Petro Dollar, and bring the area in line with the rest of the international banking cabal.

Creating fear via the boogeyman galvanizes the population behind the plan with the help of the 24hr news cycle, i.e. the media.

Ironically, it is the population which funds the whole operation, from military invasion to funding, training, and creating the boogeyman.
