I don't think dems are crying about the nuclear option. They know they used it in 2013, it is what it is. But why on earth should the dems make this easy for the republicans when the the republicans wouldn't even hold a vote for Obama's nominee?

Maybe Obama should have not killed the Judge in the first place. Then there would be need for a new one too vote on?

Because the Democrats (Joe Biden) said that the US Senate should not hold a hearing for a Supreme Court nominee during the last year of a president's term. Joe Biden initiated this, not the republicans.. Blame Joe Biden...
