Again, if you believe they've (including the OP) been doing this for years then this thread hardly counts as a melt, don't you think?
Late night shows generally suck even when they're on non-political topics. They especially suck now that most of them have transitioned from dishing a few political jokes to dedicating their entire opening monologues to politics & then attempting to interject politics into general conversations with guests while acting like pretentious pseudo-intellectuals (really looking at you, Colbert...).
I've never watched any late night show routinely & never full episodes, but I will browse clips on YouTube every now & then. Conan has always been the funniest one to me, especially in his sketches, and I really enjoyed Craig Ferguson when he was still doing it. Everyone else blows.

Yep, you're right. It's sad that Trump has used the IRS to intimidate non-profit organizations with different political views, sold guns to drug cartels that were used to kill American law enforcement agents, used the intelligence community to spy on political opponents, allowed an American ambassador to be killed, and set up political slush funds to which government fines were funneled. Trump should act more like your man Obama.

Well, I'd say that killing an American citizen abroad without due process set the bar for "frick ups" pretty high & Trump still has a ton of work to do if he wants to reach that level...
