A judge has declared a mistrial in the criminal case against 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, accused of fatally shooting a migrant on his property near the U.S.-Mexico border, the court confirmed Monday night.

Jurors had been deliberating since Thursday afternoon.

Kelly was charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault in the Jan. 30, 2023, fatal shooting of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, 48, a migrant who lived across the border in Nogales, Mexico. He had pleaded not guilty.

Hell Pershing and Patton tried to kill Pancho Villa. Congrats to this guy succeeding where they failed, he killed a criminal invader.
Not Guilty with a bronze battle star.

These are not migrants.
They are not leaving at the end of the season. (Migratory wildlife moves seasonally)
They are globalist pawns in the destruction of the United States

No really, this time he wasn’t smuggling drugs! Bleedat!

Kelly’s only problem here is that he didn’t get both. A self admitted drug smuggler is crossing his ranch yet we’re supposed to believe this one time he wasn’t smuggling?

What a shitshow. And not to mention that they couldn’t find the bullet that killed this guy. How do they know it was Kelly’s AR that killed him? How do they know it wasn’t a hunter?

ETA: that article is garbage. Doesn’t even explain what the reasoning behind the mistrial actually was. Not on you OP

This should happen more often.

Illegals ought to fear for their lives for trespassing on American soil.

I know it looks like that but they actually are pawns for a much bigger purpose

“ When you see two unarmed migrants walking southbound beyond two fence lines and you take your AK-47, you walk out and don't say a word, point it at them and you shoot, would that be what a reasonable person would do in that situation?" prosecutor Mike Jette asked the jury during his closing arguments. "The answer has to be no."

This frickin’ guy. His cutesy little editorial of the events leaves out some critical points, like the fact that we’re neck deep in an invasion of the southern border, that Kelly’s ranch is on that border, that he’s lived with these criminals trespassing on his land and trashing the place for years while knowing the government will never do anything about it. The prosecutor talks about it like it happened in a suburban neighborhood in Ohio.

He should be given a key to the city. Illegals should not be protected under laws made for legal residents.

This poor guy gets charged with murder for defending his property and probably his life from an illegal alien while Lt.Michael Byrd of the Capital Police in Washington D.C. gets celebrated as a hero for murdering Ashli Babbitt in cold blood.
We are definitely in a clown world right now!

The answer should be "yes."

Oh, and it's illegal alien, not migrant.

Sort of like burglar, versus unexpected visitor.
