How much of a case does he have? It would be difficult to show quantifiable damages. Ramsey is a common name. Very few people would recognize him if they passed him on the street, and very few people would make the connection if they met him.

Easily I would imagine. I would imagine everyone interacts with around 100 persons a day, and that probably low.
