Jeff Sessions Taking Hard Questions

For those who are interested. He is taking some extremely tough questions. Questions that the American people have a right to know, or at least the Congressional oversight people do.
So far he is stalling.
My take away is he is gettng tougher questions from civil libertarians than others that identify themselves as both D&R. I would think this would be of nterest as several identify themselves as civil libertarians on this board.

No one can seem to define executive privilege. Strange since they are both attorneys with vast amounts of experience in fed. gov.

It’s not that hard. POTUS has to invoke it.
In this case EP has not been invoked and Sessions should have to answer the question or risk contempt. I don’t have much confidence that a Republican-controlled committee will hold him to that though.

That non answer does not bode well for Anti-Trumpers. We continue to find out more truth and facts. Two items which are in short supply amounfg Anti-Trumpers it seems, and especially based on these answers today.

It's pretty difficult to describe a question answer session. One proably really needs to watch. Sessions was asked specifically about Comey interjecting himself in the Hillary situation, adn why. He answered, without neither confirming, or denying, it is inappropriate for me to answer.
