I'm sure by now we've all seen the video of this act of savagery.

If you haven't, here's a link to the story

NY Post

Jason Whitlock weighs in on WHY it happened. IMO he is 100% correct.

quote:

Jason Whitlock @WhitlockJason

Wanted to share some additional thoughts about the tragedy at Hazelwood East High School, where a child's head was beaten into concrete during a fight. Many are wondering what produced the rage inside the other child. Why did the fight escalate to such a barbaric level?

Victimhood produces rage and animus. It's a cancer of the mind. Modern American culture preaches and rewards the victimhood mentality. It's a lucrative and effective tool to seize power. It's antithetical to Christ's life and tenets of Christian faith. Choosing Christ is choosing victory. We can achieve all things through Christ who strengthens us.

We no longer teach that as a society. We teach victimhood and grievance. Our young people are more callous and savage than previous generations because we've convinced them they're all victims of sexism, racism, homophobia, Islamaphobia, fat-shaming, transphobia, poverty, pronoun injustice, you-name-it, etc. They're all owed a debt. Unpaid debts foment anger.

I've been poor. Me and my father shared a 400-square foot, one-bedroom apartment in the 'hood in 1984-85. While captain of my high school football team, I slept on a couch and ate a lot of canned tuna and fast food. I was never angry. In fact, I was happy. I didn't dwell much on our situation. I wasn't a victim. I had two parents who cared about me (my parents were divorced and my mother moved to Kansas City with her factory job) and I had a belief that things would get better. God was on my side.

Poverty does not produce rage. A victim mentality, a lack of hope, the belief that the world owes you a debt, and the absence of parental love produce an endless supply of rage.

The causes of what is ailing our children are obvious. It's the absence of a heavenly Father and an earthly Father. Those two fathers are the cure for the cancer of victimhood. It's really that simple.

We should not be surprised by the savagery we're seeing from young people, whether it be school shootings or schoolyard fights. We've poisoned the minds of children. We feed them a steady diet of video game violence, movie and TV violence, rap violence. Our schools tell them the suffering and sacrifice of our ancestors did not produce a better world. No. The errors of the past are unforgivable and the life sacrifices to atone for those errors are woefully insufficient. Retribution (vengeance) and reparations (debt) are the only adequate solutions.

The solutions are antithetical to Christianity. They lead to rage and destruction. They lead to little girls beating each other into comas and insane adults shrugging it all off as an inevitable consequence of kids fighting.

Victimhood is a mental disease.

I agree.... While it's generally a problem for all of society, it's rooted into the culture of black folks. Of course their are exceptions and geographical locations also play an important role, but for the most part....

After seeing a snippet of the fight, I can tell you half a dozen things about the savage that beat this girl into a medically induced coma (her family is waiting for her to be able to be brought out of the coma to see how extensive the brain damage is).

She doesn’t have a father who is providing regular inputs of parental support.

She’s been a discipline referral issue in whatever school she’s been in since the 3rd grade or earlier. The school is unable to suspend her for more than 10 days at a time.

She’s been involved in serious physical altercations before.

She has a case worker assigned to her and she likely has a probation officer.

She has an IEP - individualized education plan. It likely lists that her disability is oppositional defiance (this is case worker speak for “piece of shite”).

She has been bullying people by text, social media and in person for years.

She hates wypipo.

She’s fat because she has a shite diet from the food provided to her by the government. And she has never been taught self-control in any area of her life.

As someone born into deep poverty I can attest to this. The only psychological affect it hit me with was lasting frugality. I still wear clothes until holes appear. Then the wife throws them out forcing me to buy.

I had no money growing up. My dad was a labourer and my mum did everything to make ends meet. Men worked hard. Women worked miracles. I still felt grateful though. I was taught that ability was a poor person's wealth. I'm glad I had to work for every penny I have. It feels good.

This is the first I’ve heard of it. What sparked the attack and why in the frick didn’t anyone stop it?

Bingo.

That’s also why I have zero hope for the future of the country. The cancer has spread and it is everywhere. Meaningful change has to come from within and as a society we have no interest in doing that.

Link may be down. Anyway yes this message will quickly be dismissed as Uncle Tom speak and tossed aside. The issue here is the zoo creature acting like it’s feeding time needs a tranquilizer. The hatred is learned. It is preached. There is no Christ like conductance any morw.

In the clips I’ve seen, the fight isn’t just between the girls. I think there were people there who were on the beaten girl’s side. They were just overwhelmed.

Not sure WHY they were fighting, but the two girls squared up to fight. The savage had the other girl on the ground in about 2 seconds and started banging her head against the concrete until the other girl was unconscious and started having seizures.

As can be recalled, he also spearheaded the "Fundamentally change America" policies & agenda c.2009. (and yes, here we are.)

The Kenyan might get "credit" for this but he had plenty of help from within and without. Some say the ugly divisiveness and demo of America was part and parcel of a design, plan and agenda that got ratcheted up by Agenda2021 back in 1992.

Raised by parents from the Greatest generation, parents who lived through the depression, who lived on mush, rabbits, squirrels, fish from local rivers, etc. listening to their recollections of hard times from their childhood and into early adulthood has permanently ingrained frugality into my spending habits.

Maybe they were stunned but SOMEBODY needed to stop that.

It was very difficult and sad to watch. No one stepped in to stop the deranged lunatic who wasn't merely beating on, but actively trying to MURDER the white girl.

Yep. Do you remember the movie "Roots". When Roots hit the big screen, every black man, woman and child I knew and considered friends went to see it. The next day after seeing it, they were all filled with anger, hate and contempt for anyone white. Even childhood relationships extinguished. Their whole demeanor and facial expressions changed. I'll never forget how they changed, over night. It didn't begin with Obama, the Obama's just re-ignited the hate, the Left/DNC loves it and they still feed the fire every chance they get.
