It's the Sabbath. Let's settle this: who would Jesus vote for?

Obviously to answer that question we gotta establish whether he would even vote and if so, what candidate does he align with?

Let's discuss.

I don't think he would vote but I also think he would despise Trump for his arrogance and money first mindset. But I don't think he would have any love for lawless Biden either. He would probably rail against both leaders in some sermons

So no vote, but I don't think he holds it against us who we vote for. If you vote for an ardent and narcissistic capitalist you can still be generous with your own gifts. And likewise if you vote for a socialistic swamp rat you can still value law and order in your own walls which I think means more to Jesus.

Love God. Love your family. Love your neighbors. Vote whomever. My 2 cents.

I think you forgot the whole “thou shall not kill” part. Oh, and the whole “give to Caesar” thing.
Jesus would be MAGA.

I want to thank you for giving this board a wonderful example of a profound misunderstanding of Christ, so that we may reject such caricatures more soundly.

Jesus probably would not vote.

Votinf is political, and he tried to stay out of politics.

Jesus would vote for Trump. Definitely. So would God and all the angels.

Kyrie eleison.

Render to Ceasar and submit to authority, same as render and submit to God.

John the Baptist was definitely a Conservative. Peter as well. Not so sure about Jesus. He was very anti-establishment.

Biden supports chopping up tiny humans.

Think Jesus would vote for dementia Joe still.

Jesus would dance around the question and say something to the effect of God’s will something something.

Yeah he definitely lived liberally: off others generosity, told people to leave their families and follow him, turn the other cheek, etc.

I think reconciling your political stance with the character of Christ is one of life's most difficult challenges.

This is always such a stupid question.

Jesus was apolitical; His Kingdom was not of this Earth.
