And as everyone is pointing out, Dem attempts to call Rock a novelty candidate can be refuted by pointing out Al fricking Franken.
There are just about zero things that Al Franken and I agree on in terms of government and policy, but if you think this comparison is even remotely accurate, you have no idea what you're talking about.
Al Franken graduated Cum Laude from Harvard majoring in Government.
Kid Rock dropped out of High School to sell crack and breakdance.
Let's just be accurate here.

After watching republicans struggle to get anything done with the majority in the house and senate , I am down with a change . We need people who actually want to fix the issues instead of worrying about reelection .

It does show that pattern which has developed over the years that Republicans are more obsessed with celebrity than policy and governance. This movement began when the party started taking virtually all of its policy guidance from radio entertainers like Rush, Hannity, Ingraham and Savage and TV personalities like O'Reilly.
Now all the Republican party requires is that you be crude and offensive, and be some sort of celebrity.
Uhhhhhhhh

He is the best that the Republican Party can offer. Trump is second.

The party of tokens is accusing the other party of bringing about idiocracy?
Your party is the one actively destroying standards of excellence for more than 50 years.
"Pick someone dumber because they fill a quota we won't admit to."
Cannot get more idiotic than that

No we elected career politician republicans over and over in the sake of governance and policy. All we got was bigger government, expensive wars and slightly less liberal spending policies. The GOP has been shite since 2000. It's no longer the party of Reagan and congressmen like Gingrich who got shite done.
Time to teach them a lesson. This is about electing outsiders to make the establishment uncomfortable and shake things up. They didn't learn after trump, so maybe if a few of them lose their job to people like Kid Rock they'll start forming and passing policies we desire
