People who live off the government normally vote democrat to keep their money coming in . Blacks are 12% of the population and receive 40% of welfare. Until someone can break their dependence on the government they will mostly always vote democrat.

I know quite a few black people who complain about this, but how they vote is causing the problem. It’s their own fault if they vote 100% for liberal democrats.

If the 12% not committed to either Biden or Trump do vote it won't eventually be for Biden. If Trump gets 3 to 5 % more its a runaway win. With these numbers its likely closer depending on the individual states, That's 27% that are not really black by Biden standards.
