This operation was started long before that payment was promised.
Plenty of other operations have occurred without any such payments.
Israel has done a lot of questionable stuff since the last operation, prior to October 7.
It's a tit-for-tat scenario, and has been for a long time.

Maybe next time you should be careful about casting your aspersions around about people being soft and acting as if you have some valuable insight about how people should behave. Particularly when you're dong it to someone who hasn't made your bad life choices and who by every measurable statistic is more successful at every aspect of life than you are.

Well Iran knew they could spend money from other areas in their budget because they were getting this money

Its not the first time we "delivered" money to Iran.
I really dont care, its their money. I just dont know why it bothers people that iran uses their own money to fight wars.

Rog, you need to go back and read the words I actually wrote.
I made no comments or opinions about this. I only discussed the role of framing in this whole thing (which is nothing new and has been used for centuries in this conflict).
