No. I would simply prefer to eliminate all foreign aid and subsequently enforce existing rules about foreign nations lobbying (I'm looking at you, Saudis and Israelis).

The biggest reason for Iranian antagonism is that we have essentially sided with Sunnis (specifically, holding up the House of Saud) and, well, initiated a coup.
I understand the reasoning behind our geopolitical posturing and actions over the past half century, but it is starting to appear that it is not a viable long-term solution or strategy.
Unfortunately, even if we abandon much of our activities in other countries, we will still have lingering resentment for a while.

We will STILL get oil. Saudi will see to that. I'll pay 3-4 bucks a gallon if it means less or zero soldiers come home in boxes.
If forced to answer the OP? North Korea. If anything comes out of North Korean airspace, travels more than 100 miles and doesn't have a person on it? Probably take 3 missles.
