Why are we so focused on this instead of tangible problems that are deeply disturbing? Don't let the MSM distract you

If we had another water gate scandal, I would want them to call it watergate-gate.

The Russians! conspiracy theory has always been to distract the general public from the content of the email leaks:

-Collusion between the DNC and the Hillary campaign during the primary to sack challengers, including Bernie Sanders
-Gross malfeasance on the part of CNN and the DNC with respect to at least one rigged debate this cycle
-Collusion between the DNC and many media outlets, including specific names of Democratic Party operatives within the media
-Hillary Campaign heads hatred of Catholics and revelations of interference and influence within the Catholic Church in the US

Those are just a few, and they alone are big enough to require some serious introspection from high ranking Democrats. That's not something they are prepared to do right now, especially with questions regarding the credibility and professionalism of the media personalities they control and depend on regularly.

IMO their outrage over "fake news" was some half-baked attempt to make themselves appear credible right before a renewed and coordinated push of this Russians! conspiracy theory. I think they are over estimating the influence of those disgraced media networks especially this year.

That, and a distraction from everything else, from the much needed focus on the idiocy of liberal mindset and the propaganda industrial complex, to, most likely, a flurry of actions, regulations, EO's and appointments during the death throes of the cultural marxists.

They've already lost...they have nothing more to lose. They will do anything.

It's no coincidence that this is back in the headlines just as the recounts fizzle and fail.

The Dems are going to see if they can create enough smoke to attempt to steal the election.

There certainly appears to be a shift away from "fake news" to a coordinated push through all of the liberal media outlets on this "Russians" conspiracy theory.

That's an assumption (and it is not unreasonable). They could also be trying put pressure on Trump's legislative agenda. They may feel it is easier to stand up to a president that their media and supporters consider to be illegitimate.

They have a lot of Democrats facing a 2018 reelection in states that Trump won. Those types will be less likely to stand up to Trump appointments without serious pressure.

The Dems always project their ill deeds on the Republicans. So I think this is to run cover for the attempted hacking of Georgia and what is beyond that.

Another option, Trump is behind this so the Dems chase the ball around while he puts his cabinet together

I think it's to plant seeds of doubt.

This is because when this shite is LEGITIMATELY investigated, tampering is going to show up.

They're building in a culprit as we speak.
