And PEC coverage remains.

I'm sure insurers won't say a thing.

But dem Dems sure love dat Obamacare! Who gives a crap that the gimmicky way it was funded didn't work, was never going to work, didn't make sense, and should have been found unconstitutional.

That's an interesting way to work out the mandate.

Was never meant to work. They expected to keep the WH and gain seats in the congress/senate to move it along to Universal single payer healthcare. They only had one end game in mind.

The Dems didn't give a damn about people and them having health insurance. They only care that more people rely on the government so they can remain in power because they promote themselves as the only ones to spend money on entitlements.

Hemp's reaction will tell us if he filed already.

That will blow it up. I'm going to ask our health side of the business how quickly they can pull out of the market completely.

However, I just sat through a presentation by a Galen Institute fellow and if his numbers were right then this may not be a bad thing.

I need to get a copy of his powerpoint to go back over the part about the penalties.

I don't think anyone but SJWs will argue with this.

This is what should be done. If the legislature won't fix it, then force it to fail.

It's working quite well for something you mistakenly believe was never meant to work.

If your metric is doubling premiums and deductibles in it's short existance and you value that then yeah, it's working quite well.

Mandate gone. Step one.

You can downsize your home, care, lifestyle in general to help folks that need medical care. You don't need mommy to do it for you...or do you?

EO's are exactly how Trump can force repeal.

Ended the mandate by ending enforcement of penalty.

Next up is ending the website by EO of reassigning the IP address, make the website go dark.

Oh yeah? Tell me smarty pants, how is it getting paid for now that the mandate is no longer being mandated?

No penalty, no incentive for healthy young people to pay for the healthcare costs of the old and unhealthy.

doubling premiums

You shouldn't have put premiums here, they're increasing at the slowest rate in years.

Taxes on the wealthy, which is the Republican Party's entire point on this. Trickle down economics is their bread and butter, and if something doesn't conform to that it has to go.

A bit late, but welcome.

At least a year ago (maybe 2), you could also notate that the months you were uninsured that you could not afford it (like myself, I was laid off and couldn't afford insurance - when you're on savings and the tiny amount from unemployment, electricity, water, and food tend to trump health insurance). This most recent one, however, that wasn't an option. Cost me a couple hundred for the months I wasn't insured. Not sure how that was supposed to be beneficial to me while I was sending out resumes like a madman trying to find work.

So you're saying only one knife wound will in most cases let you live longer than two knife wounds? Hate to tell you but you're still bleeding my friend.
