It's an option if:

a) We can limit it to only air strikes and they can be successful with only the use of drones

b) It would actually work and progress the seemingly stalled negotiations

Neither of the above seem likely. Plus, could you imagine the backlash that the administration would receive if that term of a nuclear agreement became public?
