Yeah I'm going with this is BS. The whole point of everything going on with the shut downs and the riots is to demoralize Trump's base. This reads exactly like someone trying to push that narrative would write

The only way that would happen is if he had some sort of significant health issues. Otherwise, it's extremely difficult to envision Donald Trump essentially admitting defeat like that, not with his level of pride. No way.

Trump should have addressed the nation. Kushner muzzling him is the worst decision of this Presidency. Why would they give Kushner more power right now?

The part that irritates me the most is IF Kushner is pulling the strings what the frick is his plan?

There is zero momentum right now within the figurehead of the campaign.

Can some body give me an idea of what brings about the sentiment that Kushner is bad news for Trump? I know it's a pretty elementary question, but I can't say I've seen many specifics.

What should have been an easy interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Thursday horrified advisers when Trump offered a rambling, non-responsive answer to a simple question about his goals for a second term. In the same appearance, the normally self-assured president offered a tacit acknowledgment that he might lose when he said that Joe Biden is “gonna be your president because some people don't love me, maybe."

It’s clear his support is dwindling amongst people who would normally vote R. Is it too late to bring in another candidate? I feel like any republican candidate would beat Biden other than Trump. It’s sort of like the anyone but Clinton that existed in the 2016. People aren’t voting for Biden they’re voting against Trump.

All of the greats eventually call it good and enjoy life after their competitive career.

Trump became a billionaire through real estate and he took down the Clinton and Bush families dynasties.

That is one hell of a good life to live and he may or may not feel like it is time to head out and go to the beach and golf courses the rest of his time and be there for his kids to offer advice as they continue to take things over.

It just seems like a large jump to me. Just up and deciding he's not into it anymore. Still not seeing exactly what evidence there is of that large jump.

I was about to ask the same thing. All I see is the same shite parroted but I’ve yet to see any details. The only reason I can see is that he’s a Jew and they say he’s a globalist.

There's a link on page 4 to a very enlightening Forbes article. It's a bit lengthy, but paints a rather detailed picture of Kushner's importance to the 2016 campaign, as well as his overall importance to Trump himself. Mind you it a 2016 article. I'll link it again at bottom of my post.

So if there aren't any credible specifics regarding current Kushner dissatisfaction, credible specifics that would nullify the content of that article.....then I'm possibly starting to see a pattern that may well give Trump pause as to whether it's all worth it at this point. And that possible pattern is not on his end or anyone else in his administration.

Good read but not a successful road for a known candidate and successes and failures already known to all.

Great strategy for an "unknown" candidate to take down a powerful name.

Earlier this month it was reported that Kushner had a plan he discussed with Trump to get DACA passed for the 11 million (or so) Dreamers.

It was some blonde that worked at OAN

Kushner/Ivanka's own press tweeted that it was false but then Cernovich tweeted that it was true. Its been widely speculated Cernovich's source within the WH is Stephen Miller. Miller is honestly the only hard-line immigration person left in the Trump admin.

Its also been speculated that Miller and Kushner do not see eye to eye.

This is a small anecdotal piece.

I personally think Kushner was an instrumental part in 2016. he understands data and is using everything available and new tricks that politics hasn't seen since we are in a big data age.

This board may not agree but DACA is polled by a majority to just leave them alone and in place. THe idea that Trump will deport millions at this point is way to far gone - otherwise he would've done it by now. So my issue is just leave DACA alone no reason to bring it up - if you're Kushner this isn't an issue that Trump will peel votes from Biden on - if anything he'll lose votes.

Has anyone seen or heard Biden lately? The election will be over after the first debate. We aren’t electing that bumbling jackass.
