"Hillary Clinton’s e-mails included the names of CIA officers serving overseas and foreigners who are on the spy agency’s payroll -- potentially endangering their lives, it was reported Monday.
“It’s a death sentence,” a senior intelligence-community official told the Observer. “If we’re lucky, only [foreign] agents, not our officers, will get killed because of this.”
The paper said the intelligence community is in panic mode trying to determine which agents may have been compromised.
CIA officials assume foreign agencies intercepted unencrypted e-mails stored on Clinton’s. home server while she was secretary of state."

I agree, but now it cannot happen until January 21, 2017.

I want her to get a life sentence in the electric chair, for all the people she and her husband had murdered.

What? A life sentence or the electric? Or did you mean a life sentence jailed inside of a really big electric chair?

Well, the early indications are that he's leaning toward a pardon. Ugh, I hope that's not the case!

Either she gets a pardon (from Obama or Trump) or indictments never see the light of day in a Trump administration.

I hope Obama's disdain for the Clinton's will keep him from issuing a pardon so Trump can go over them.

Capone was jailed for tax evasion. He can't pardon her for everything.

What is there for Obama to pardon? She hasn't been convicted of anything. If she does, it wouldn't shock me if Trump pardons her.

I'm not clear on what the guidelines are for issuing a pardon. I keep reading he can issue one for practically anything.
I read stuff like this and it does not help clear it up:
"President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign was energized by calls to prosecute Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server containing classified information, but one man now has a unique power to frustrate the Trump partisans’ cries of “Lock her up!”: President Barack Obama.
Experts agree that Obama has the authority to foreclose that possibility by pardoning Clinton for any federal offenses she may have committed or could ever be prosecuted for. And he could do it whether she asks or not.
“The president here will, I’m sure, consider using what tools he has in his last couple of weeks, including a pardon, to do what he can before Trump takes over,” said Harold Krent, dean of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. “There’s a window and presidents have used those windows to accomplish a variety of goals.”
