In the obvious reality of undermining and destroying the Trump presidency.

My question is what is the m.o., standard operating procedure to combat and halt this?
This isn't politics anymore.

Fight fire with fire. Attack the left relentlessly and ruthlessly.

I'm asking the fricking question around here, guy.

What are you specifically trying to halt? Vocal opposition? Protests?

If I were in charge, I would change the domestic surveillance rules, have a FISA court issue warrants for wiretaps against my political opponents, have the intelligence community leak information, true or false, about a nefarious foreign power wielding influence over my political enemies, with a willing media to fail to fact check anything and blow it all out of proportion with the goal of causing my political opponents the ultimate in turmoil, causing in-fighting, resignations, recusals, and appointment of unnecessary special prosecutors.
That's what I would do.
That's what I would do.

So we really don't know?

Obama's, Clinton's, Podesta's, Schumer's homes should be bugged to the hilt.

The electorate will speak in future with Dems losing more local, state and fed seats.

It's too late. Trump will not get a second term. The Dems have won by letting Trump be Trump.
We need to go back to the drawing board fellow Republicans.

What do you think he should do? Can we outlaw protesting? Ban the media from speaking ill of him? Tell Congress they have to support his agenda no matter what constituents say or what their beliefs are?

THIS is what you do. Jeff Sessions comes out and once again recuses himself from a future prosecution. He then announces the appointment of a Special Prosecutor. (Cruz or Gowdy would be ideal)
This individual is not tasked with investigating any Russians or any other made up Democrat false charges and this should be emphasized in exactly that manner.
This SP and the FBI will be looking into the leaks of classified and confidential materials and conversations, a clear threat to national security and the efficient function of the executive branch.
This person and the FBI will be looking into the wiretapping and other means of espionage by the former administration and others. Did they overstep the limits of any subpoenas issued? Were any such subpoenas warranted and legal? Was any information gathered handled in a legal manner or leaked and used to attempt to subvert our fair election process?
Then when the inevitable riots start, move in and charge said rioters with terrorism. A possible 10 years in jail will loosen some tongues and then Justice convenes a Grand Jury, and the organizers then will squeal like pigs.
Just keep walking back and it will be interesting to see who is financing and ordering these riots.
THIS is how you fight back.

See this guy gets it. When someone disagrees with you and organizes into groups then you come down HARD on them by smashing their civil liberties. You impose cruel and unusual punishment in them so that they have to give up the names of the leaders! The. You take serious steps to squash any opposition to your beliefs!!

Excuse me oh fan of a grass eater. If no laws have been broken none of these people have anything to fear.
But you know better. The leaks ARE illegal. And there are serious questions that must be answered about this REAL attempt to subvert our fair election process.
Not to mention YOU are in favor of coddling rioters.

Coddling? As in not sentencing them to a decade in prison?
Posted on 3/4/17 at 6:44 am to LesMiles BFF
Yes CODDLING. A peaceful demonstration is not what I am talking about here.
I am talking about the morons breaking windows, damaging and looting private property, setting fires and assaulting people. RIOTERS....you do realize what that is I hope?
They either talk or face 10 years.
