If you're white and live in a city that's majority black...

Are you then considered a minority and can use affirmative action
Because statistically Baton Rouge is mostly black, with blacks being 50% of the population and whites are only 40%. In New Orleans, it's 60% black and 33% white. Are whites considered a legal minority and are able to enjoy affirmative action?

It's worse with Asians. I know a Korean lady whose white husband tried to get her a job reserved for minorities. They said she is not eligible because Asians are considered white.

Saw where someone on twitter a while back posted something saying that if you are anti-black or anti-female than you are anti-humane. I replied back asking if being anti-white is anti-humane as well. Her reply back was that anti-white isn't real and is fake news. Go figure.

It's a fair question if the OP is actually interested in whether there are situations where white people are considered a "minority" and provided with benefits/affirmative action because of such status. I'm not sure why you are getting so upset at my question?
There are "affirmative action" programs aimed at underrepresented classes - even white people. Many HBCUs for example provide scholarships funded for the white minority student.

Business? WTF does that have to do with how a black or white a city is? If somehow a business thinks they have too many blacks and not enough whites, then I guess you might be in luck.
Education? LSU is not majority black so that doesn't apply either. You might have a minor point about Southern since they don't have "white" scholarships per se. But pretty sure they don't have affirmative action in either admittance or scholarships that benefits blacks either.

Minority only programs and scholarships everywhere. Again, has frick all to do with the city of baton rouge. It has to do with how diverse those schools are. And minority scholarships are not taxpayer funded, they are private dollars. So what the frick do you care, it's not your money.
Look, I get your point that Asians (and to a lessor extant whites) get a raw deal from some colleges in admittance. But trying to relate it to demographics in Baton Rouge is incoherent.

To be fair, plenty of white trash out there as well. A few months ago, out shopping, there is a family of four under the Golden Arches with a sign "will work for food" what was posted on the sign right above their heads ? "Now Hiring" so the wife and I wanting something to snack on pulled in, I bough our treats, two happy meals and got two job applications. On the way out , we stopped and the wife hands each of the children a happy meal and each of the adults a job application

I don't know about the actual testing, but I know if you're black and you're applying to law school, just being black gives you a "bump" and can get you into a school instead of a white kid who did better with you on standardized testing (LSAT) and GPA.
