The hate speech is protected in the constitution but I haven't read the "force someone to bake for you" clause.

I understand you've had your domain registered with us for years, but our beliefs don't allow it anymore.

Yeah I know what the thread is about. You're spouting the same hypocrisy in your posts.

It's a theoretical conversation where we don't have many liberals or opposing ideas. I sort of took the opposing view to see where the lines of attack would be on the OP. I stated that at the beginning of the thread if you had bothered to read.

But hey, you were almost interesting

Great, so I guess the media and courts will be campaigning for these companies to serve the people in question. I'll go ahead and hold my breath for that

No idea why this was posted towards me but glad you didn't hold your breath

Those people go somewhere else. And either that establishment flourishes or fails because of their decision.

Correct, and as we saw with the restaurant they were protested against and boycotted. All their reviews were infested with hate messages etc.. They went out of business for refusing to serve gays (I think that's what happened).

Doesn't change the agreed to terms of service.

Don't like the terms...don't sign it.

So if the Christian bakery had a terms of service saying no gay people, that would have been ok?

Don't like the religion of the proprietor, don't try to buy a cake from them.

We can do this all day if you like.

The bakery is owned by cowards who try to hide behind their religion.

If they had any nads they would post the sign. They won't. They are scared of the backlash from heterosexual customers who may find their bs offensive.

Feel free to leave Facebook if you don't agree with their ToS. But remember... you agreed to it.

Ok, so say it was a sign on the door. "We don't serve Black people". Don't like it don't sit at the lunch counter... You sure you want to continue going down this road?

The standard set was clear. If you don't want to serve everyone, don't open a business to the public.

Lol you silly goose. Of course you can discriminate and violently silence the opposition if you're on the left. Some animals are more equal than others and frankly some books(webpages/blogs/tweets) need to be burnt for the well being of true American ideals and prosperity.

Pretty sure Howard University would be getting in a lot of trouble if they tried to deny someone as a student, because of their race.

I did. You keep wanting to ignore the simple fact, you signed an agreement.

Whether or not I choose to fully enforce the agreed to penalties for breach of our contract is at my discretion.

I don't know what your pissy argument is with the other dude but you have proven to be a religious bigot.
