My problem with gay and tansgender folks is that they are normally flamboyant and have a lot of drama. There seems to be a lot of high school BS that goes on between gay folks.
I don't do drama, so I don't even want to be friends with them.

I take issue with the word "acceptance" when it comes to mental illness like this. I think you're doing a disservice to the mentally ill by "accepting" their illness as normal and not in need of treatment.
