The issues with polygamy are all of the penumbra issues like inheritance, divorce, government benefits, taxes, child support, inbreading, sexual violence, pedophilia, and the societal issues that stem from it.

The question that will be posited going forward is whether these issues make pedophilia so dangerous of a practice by its nature that these problems are bound to follow it so much so that it Trumps the liberty interest. I think Scalia's dissent in Obergefeld has set this debate up, and that polygamy will be legalized barring a massive culture shift on the Supreme Court (3 more conservatives)

Not sure what would be next but I bet someone's compiled a list of the moral law of God from the Bible and printed out the sins that apply and are working their way down the list.

I agree with you, but polygamy has a plaintiff problem. Where in the world do you find a sympathetic plaintiff to bring the case? I think you have to have some kind of immigrant who can't have his multiple wives from the old country or something like that. And when is the ACLU or whomever going to find that guy?

You're not going to be able to bring some fubdamentalist out of a bunker in Utah to plead the case that's for sure.

Good. Let civil courts handle inheritance or insurance problems. Who cares.

I think they do have a vague goal and that's to destroy western culture. But the way they do it is a bit meandering.

Nothing. Because they're people and being Trans doesn't cause crime or harm anyone.

Nah, they're forcing people to accept their mental disorder, at times, by gunpoint. There's a law proposed in Canada that proposes that very thing.

No they're not. Trans people in a normal society just use the bathroom and go on their way. It's you that has the problem.

What are all their "demands"?

To touch on two you brought up:

1) letting them use the bathroom they choose...who gives a frick? It's like people thinking if you let gay men use the same restroom as straight men they would just rape everyone in there. There's no evidence that picking a bathroom causes any increased danger to anyone. If someone is a pervert or rapist do you think a law which says only people born males can use male bathrooms will stop them from entering a woman's bathroom if they so choose? This whole bathroom debate is so trivial.

2) insurance coverage...this is a bit more grey. I guess it comes down to whether or not you believe its medically necessary for the persons mental state/well being.

In the next 25 years they will lower the age of consent greatly (13-15) and public restrooms will be non exclusive. The same folks who label this outlandish are the same ones who labeled today's issue the same.

Nudity and cursing on television. I don't know why it's okay for children to watch horrific acts of violence while a woman exposing their breasts or someone saying the word frick on television is treated like it's the end of the world.
