If Progressives can tell us that kneeling for the Anthem doesn't disrespect the Soldiers

Even tho they specifically said they aren't disrespecting the troops?
When I look at the flag of this country or any other country, I don't think of the military of that country or the police force. I think of the ppl and my view of their culture.

As a veteran I don't find it personally insulting. The Anthem doesn't just belong to vets. I find it insulting to our country as a whole. If you don't like the government go protest the government. The Anthem represents our country, way of life, and all Americans, past and present.

I'm not offended by it. But I absolutely love that Trump brought attention to this and it's creating this feeding frenzy by the wackos on the left. The man is a PR genius and this may have sealed up 2020 for him. The whites in the Rust Belt in Florida are going to eat this shite up and vote for Trump again just to spite all the west coast liberals and blacks who won't stand for the anthem.
