If I Am One Of The Named Witnesses That Has Denied Ford's Story, I'm Concerned Now..

Being that Ford, as well as the other accusers, have yet to have a single witness agree to their stories, this investigation by the FBI will surely change things for them.
Perhaps a little threat of violence against them and their families could potentially change some things, you know?
I hope they have security hired. If not, I expect a few of them to all of the sudden decide they agree with the accusers.

If Mark Judge says X to the FBI and Leland says Y to the FBI, it opens both up to potential criminal charges. That's why I think both will stick to their original "I don't recall" story.

I'm sure Judge is already being threatened with violence. I think he has stated as such. Being that he is BK's "buddy", this is to be expected.
What I'm referring to are threats against the likes of Leland. The left will eat their own to achieve their goals. They will threaten Leland. Bank on it. Someone will get the witnesses' names and addresses, most likely from a media outlet, and these people will get the Progressive treatment.

They cannot be compelled to cooperate with the fbi. They can say “I’ve made all the statements I will ever make. Pound sand. “

that's why when the FBI comes by you give them the letter that you previously gave to the committee and tell the FBI you will not answer any questions, Have a good day/ good bye.

This is why the FBI investigation is so ridiculous. Even a bad lawyer would never have his client try and go into detail with FBI agents about something that happened 40 years ago, which is why nothing at all will be learned from this. The crime of lying to the FBI is different than perjury in that it's much easier to prove. And when you have 4 people who could potentially tell 4 different stories, I don't recall is your best answer.

Depends on what the risk/reward is.
If you have Dem Operatives offering you tons of money and other Go Fund Me goodies OR telling you your family would be in danger...

One of them, at least, will commit perjury.
They will not be held to account though because the story will be that they were afraid to speak the truth originally. Their courage will be celebrated by the media.

I’d be concerned that if I said “ a” rather than “ an” I might be charged with perjury, ruined professionally and financially, and sentenced to 14 days in jail.
