We may hate the legislation or we may love it, that is what we have elections for. Make them do their job though, we should not have EO governing us, we should have laws.
This is what I'd like to see, but give it six months so they can work (and probably fail) on tax reform. Also, I think Trump should attempt to show some leadership this time and take a more active role instead of trying to stay out of it so he can avoid responsibility.
Executive orders this significant are completely unconstitutional. And Trump's DOJ is going to defend this in court?
But this is all a pipe dream and whatever happens will be a mess.

If Trump had decent advisors that would be his address to the nation on this issue Tuesday.
He should definitely come out and say, "We understand and sympathize with Daca Children. We would be happy to address these issues after the wall is funded. Without preventing further illegal aliens from entering the country our policy will be to remove any that are here.

They've been calling Donald Trump every single ugly name under the sun for nearly three years now. He doesn't give a frick.
DACA as it stands right now through EO is illegal and it needs to go. It could stay in place through some reasonable compromise but by all means go for broke.
