If a draft were to be enacted, could a male just say he identifies as a female and not go?

What would be the criteria to saying you are transgender and just not participating?

Easily, even when the draft was instituted i believe there were numerous ways to avoid it, one was to admit to homosexuality

They don't and any country that would forcibly require its young women to go to war is uncivilized. In fact, if you even support the idea of women be allowed to serve in combat you're a barbaric psychopath.
