Dude is exactly the kind of person who needs a good attorney and hopefully one who will whatever they can to get him off....that's a lawyers job. Dude us a monster but that doesn't mean he should be tossed in jail without due process

Allen west shared a video earlier on FB where it showed someone hitting the car with what looked like a bat before the car hit the protesters. You can't tell from the video how close the car was to the protestors in the road . Plus it could have been altered .

I agree for the most part. The intent part could be argued considering where he was - essentially a hate rally BUT the video IIRC correctly shows people throwing crap at his car so "fear for his life" could also be a valid defense.
