I work with a LOT of liberals

Really a lot. Transgender both M2F and F2M, both gay and straight, lesbian and bi. My most politically woke friend at work is a lesbian and her dad used to be a military advisor to Reagan and Bush. We have been laughing back and forth about everything going on.
But more and more I have my liberal friends asking me what’s going on with all this impeachment because most of them thought Trump getting impeached means Hilary becomes president( not really but they’re almost this dumb.)
Tonight at the Christmas party I had a conversation that’s becoming more and more popular. Janet, and I’ll use her name because there’s no way she ever sees this, asked me what I thought. She’s in her 60s or 70s and is a life long Democrat. She started by telling me she’s embarrassed b/c she’s a life long democrat and she has no idea what the liberals are trying to do. She asked me to break it down b/c she doesn’t understand it and after I did I’m fairly confident she’ll be voting Trump 2020.
I was worried that a lot of the populace was falling for this impeachment shite, but I wanted to post this to let anybody panicking know that America is becoming woke. There’s a small portion of liberals still clinging on but most people are jumping ship and see what’s actually happening. We may not be heading for the dumpster after all.

I work with Americans, Mexicans, Panamanians, Costa Ricans, Guatemalans, Hondurans, Dominicans, Haitians, Black Africans, White Africans, two Brazilians and a Laotian and I thought we had a mix of people.

I know someone who works with a gay liberal who was disgusted by the democrats. There is one thing that Americans hate with a passion: UNFAIRNESS. They see what's happening b/c the DA dems put it out there for all to see.

I’ve posted about my girlfriend here before. Staunch liberal. Just as liberal as it gets.
And she’s so against this impeachment. Any time I get to semi venting about it she looks at me and says, “babe, I don’t like this either. It’s ridiculous.”
My mom, who was growing pretty tired of Trump’s antics, is so solidly in his corner now. The Dems are pissing off a MASSIVE amount of people.

By now, pretty much any halfway intelligent person knows to never talk to or give cops any information if you aren’t legally obligated. There’s just absolutely no reason to do so. Especially when you know they’ll use ANYTHING they can to frick you.
I know this is slightly different, but the sentiment still stands. If he doesn’t HAVE to, any logical person wouldn’t be bothered on the slightest that he didn’t offer up any info.

He did not obstruct anything. He invoked executive privilege like EVERY OTHER PRESIDENT in the history of the country before him. The Dems could’ve challenged that privilege in court but Schiff said there wasn’t enough time to wait for a decision.
The Dems impeached the POTUS for using his constitutional privilege by calling it obstruction of congress. If they would’ve been patient and allowed the court to settle the matter, they may have won. Then the witnesses would’ve testified and had documents released.
This is a sham! And now they want to delay sending this to the Senate. But I thought Trump was a huge national security threat. He must be tried immediately. Or maybe Nancy knows this whole thing is shite.
Keep your eyes closed and keep defending the indefensible. There are a few of you left
