Trump's own attorneys didn't want cameras and they got their wish, now you're bitching about them getting what they want. Do you have a single minute in your entire day where you aren't bitching and moaning about how unfair everything is? Just a minute? Half a minute?

I have no idea and don’t really care what Trump’s attorneys wanted. I was simply agreeing with Dershowitz. But you go ahead and keep on bitching and moaning about my support of transparency.

you dumb idiot

I noticed you skipped my post asking for charging documents and evidence in support of those documents. Not surprising.

Loook one post up, dummy. Not a single one of those “crimes” were in any charging document. Not a single one of those crimes were tried in the trial.
None of those crimes need to be tried in this trial. This is clearly laid out in the document I already posted. Maybe you should actually read it.

It's astonishing how fast you can go from "you can't list these crimes" to "they aren't in the charging document" and you can't even acknowledge that you're moving the goal posts the entire time.

That’s what the judge said. Just the allegation (not even in a charging document) is enough. That is one of the stronger errors for appeal.

Guilty until proven innocent. That’s what you support. You fricking fascist.

Well, according to the constitution, in order to be convicted of a crime in this country you have to be charged and convicted of it and you have the right to face your accuser. None of that happened here. You don’t know what you don’t know, you moron.

acknowledge that you're moving the goal posts the entire time.

You don’t even know basic procedure. Why do you think I initially asked you to link the “later field documents?” I knew they weren’t charging documents. Because trump was never charged with an underlying crime and zero evidence of that crime was presented. That isn’t how criminal due process works. I knew you didn’t know that. You did exactly what I knew you would do. You’re just too dumb to realize it.

You proved my point.

The judge is basically telling the jury to pick their own adventure with regards to what crime Trump was covering up.

Crime has to be established in order to claim Trump was falsifying business records to cover it up.

Yep. My mistake was saying “underlying crimes” instead of “underlying charges”. That was all red stick needed to find in wiki to declare victory and completely ignore the relevant point. He knows it’s all BS. He knows it’s a political hit job. He doesn’t care. He is a fascist.

How many days did Trump's attorneys spend facing Trump's accuser, Michael Cohen?

Maybe if Trump wasn't such a coward he would have taken the stand and provided a competing narrative.

For misdemeanors that are time barred. He never was charged with nor tried for the predicate crime. You dumb idiot. (That isn’t an admission the misdemeanors occurred either. Cohen blew that accusation out of the water. )

Zero evidence of the predicate crime was presented. What would he need to testify to? Classic guilty until
Proven innocent post, though. You fascist frick.

Broheeem, it was precisely the reason that they tore that orangutan Cohen a new arse that rendered Trump’s testimony unnecessary.

Trump’s side wasn’t allowed to have an expert witness testify and had their rebutting witness to Cohen severely limited due to the judge having a temper tantrum.

Under what circumstances would putting Trump on the stand with that judge been a good idea? And don’t say “fairness” because the accused is not required to testify.

“Judge is a biased piece of shite who needs to be deported back to Colombia….”
So, Dershowitz decides to be a hotdog, knowing his boy is going to be found guilty, strikes out at the judge….jeeeezzzz!

I never want to say such a thing, but it may just be unavoidable that some folks aren’t gonna be able to get it without being an attorney.

Are you stupid enough to think that New York has never used a step-up charge before?

Or that the law doesn't say that the crime need only be intended, not convicted/charged? It's not surprising that you're going to be that ignorant today, but try better.

Except for the weeks of documentary, phone, text, and primary witness testimony. Cohen gave $130,000 of his own money to pay off Trump's affair with a porn star, which is a violation of federal campaign law for contribution limits and for New York State law for influencing an election. Trump then falsified business records to cover up that he'd paid off this porn star.

Innocent until proven guilty, but he was solidly proven guilty the last few weeks. His only hope is that a cult member snuck onto the jury and it hangs.

Intent is an element of the crime, right?

State law for influencing an election. Trump then falsified business records to cover up that he'd paid off this porn star.

That was all about the alleged falsification of documents. Which cohen blew up. The elements of the predicate crimes were never presented or even attempted to be proven. It’s basic procedure. We get it you don’t care. But zero evidence was presented to prove up the predicate crimes. They weren’t even charged.
