I don’t believe Desantis is a RINO - I believe he’s being used by RINOS to manipulate you

I think RDS was recruited by Uniparty RINOs in order to fracture Trump’s base.
His campaign was designed by Uniparty RINOs to fracture Trump’s base.
His continuing to campaign is fracturing Trump’s base with no hope / path towards actually winning the nomination.
His campaign has always been aware that they could only obtain 30 percent of Trump’s base which is 70 percent of the R electorate. These ppl know Trump is inevitable. They just want his base fractured so it will be dismissed so Trump cannot win the general. See: e.g Liz Cheney “Trump cannot be president.”
Trump and Desantis need to hug it out. Desantis will be discarded by his newfound Uniparty supporters once this campaign is over. He will return back to FL wounded. It’s in Desantis’s best interest to withdraw. It’s in his supporters best interests to back Trump bc it’s the closest you’re gonna get to a Desantis presidency.
Stop falling for it Desantis voters. You’re being manipulated. Stop letting the Uniparty use you.

I don't know if your theory is correct or not AS TO Ron.
However, I don't think that most "RINOs" start out their political careers intending to be RINOs. I think it's usually the sort of progression you describe, or something along those lines. It's called getting sucked in.

The fact of that matter is, there is none. He's not being used by anyone. He's not being manipulated or convinced to run by shadowy figures. His running has nothing to do with "Trump's base" or any ill intent.
He ran because he did a good job and is better than Trump.
This is the nonsense you have to tell yourself because: 1) You like Ron, 2) Trump told you to hate him, and 3) Despite liking Ron and knowing how good of a job he would do, you're still voting for Trump for whatever reason.

Bill Clinton get 3% in Iowa. He did not win his first state until Super Tuesday, and only won Georgia. All of his wins came much later.

Desantis was not a RINO when he was congress, nor as a governor. He was a rock solid conservative in his career. IMO, the RINO stuff is media template stuff designed to dirty up a squeaky clean man, the ugly stuff of press & politics.
