Incorrect. MIchael Richards is a comedic actor and improv guy. Not a strong stand up guy at all. Hell he got into the shite he is in because he didn't even have "heckler material". Every comic should have a handful of jokes to mock and shut down a heckler. He had nothing! So he blasted the N-bomb.
Overall career Richards > Griffin. By a MILE! One was on Seinfeld the other was only on an episode.
Griffin had peaked but had a CNN thing and other opportunities. Those are gone. All she has is stand up.
Richards had peaked. Nothing bigger than Seinfeld coming along. But a bit part or recurring role in a show like Veep or Always Sunny? Sure. Look at DeVito. But those are ALL gone. He has zero stand up to fall back on. Falling back on stand up is where he fell from a cliff.
