Thanks for the friendly advise but I'm staying in SF until after I sue the Hell out of SF for violating my constitutional rights.

It has taken my brother and me a long time to get everything on the public record that we need to prove the City of SF has violated our constitutional rights but we've got it now and starting next month we are going to begin confronting the City about what they did to us and a lot of other people.

I know it will be hard for you to do but try to have a Happy New Year in spite of losing.

I didn't lose anything at all. My life is even better now than it was before Obama and it looks like it's only getting better from here. When I start making snowflake threads like this one, that might be a sign of my losing.

Anyone who claimed Trump could never win the presidency lost something whether they will admit it or not.

Do you wear a Make America Great Again hat while you do it? Will be moving to Vacaville in a few weeks and not sure how good my odds of getting shot for wearing it are

What did the city do to you and your brother? Does it have anything to do with the sea monster that attacked you two?

I believe you. SF is the cradle of all lib and crazy. Didn't they keep their fire dept. from raising the American flag? And keep electing Pelosi? Enough said.

There are A LOT of illegal things the City did to us but it all started when the City illegally amended a ballot measure that my brother and I authored, spent approximately two years getting enough signatures from registered voters to get it on the ballot then went on radio and TV and campaigned for it's passage which the voters did.

In other words, we went through the system to get our law passed which was very difficult to do.

The most important thing that the City did was illegally amend the law that was passed by the voters in order to steal all of the money ($200,000) that was mandated by the voters to be used only to administer and enforce the new ordinance and instead placed all of the money into the City's General Fund then refused to let any of it to be used to administer and enforce the new ordinance.

That was when the City illegally passed SF Ordinance #293-76 which basically said that at the end of the fiscal year all the money left in the Street Artists Special Fund would be put into the City's General Fund then it was spent on general municipal expenses.

When we provided proof to the City that what they did was illegal, the City Attorney wrote fraudulent legal opinions in an attempt to cover up their illegal act.

So it's really not about what the City did to my brother and me but what the City did to the voters of SF who voted in favor of our ordinance.

I'm not interested in letting every nut in SF know who I voted for.

It's none of their business.

Funny. I say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in the Bay Area and every one smiles. Maybe you are just an a-hole?

You should edit your posts...I figured out your identity just from this thread. If you are truly gearing up for a legal fight with SF....you don't want your "anonymous" posts on a political board to become an issue.

I have made my true identity known to everyone on this board many times so you haven't discovered anything.

Besides, the last thing I'm afraid of is anyone from the SF government finding out what my brother and I plan to do.

In fact, my brother and I have no problem with everyone in SF knowing.

I'm not interested in wasting my time arguing in public about the election.

It's over.

Trump won.
