Not angry, but I am growing impatient. There are many ills that are severely impacting the black community. Rather than trying to honestly address them, we instead conduct nationwide protests celebrating the life of a petty criminal who decided to commit suicide by cop by "keeping it real" in his neighborhood. In the ensuing mayhem many hard working small business owners have had their livelihood destroyed. All because of the false narrative of an innocent gentle giant being murdered in cold blood by a police officer. And it continues to this day...

Yet, none of these people hollering will take a look at a state such as "what percentage of police killings are by black cops on black youths? Is it at a higher than than white on black?" Granted, you can poke holes in that, but it seems like there is no room for analysis on that point.

Here's the problem.
There is the perceived. And then their is reality.
Yes you can think you're not racist (not you or any of these people in particular) but when statistics show their is still a large large disparity for minorities in every realm of life, and then you see the disingenuous these comments, it makes you wonder if they are just repressing what they can't say in public .

Have you watched CNN lately? It's 24 hours straight every day ignoring all facts of the case and just talking about how racist white people are. They don't call out anyone for the inconsistencies. Only person that has any credibility is Mark OMeara (Zimmerman attorney), he's been making everyone look like an arse.

Don't think he's dead because he is black. I think he, like many other black people in the past, didn't get a fair shake with the legal system. It's literally happening every day. The DA did everything, from what my lawyer friends told me, to not indict wilson. His connection to the police and his own personal history left too much bias for me to not consider him just throwing the case.
With the evidence at hand, do I think wilson would have been charged, no.
And yes black people kill
Black people at crazy rates, every day. You know why? 1) there are some crazy evil people out there with issues on all levels, 2) they can get away with it.
Everyone has cultivated an environment where black lives aren't valued as much as others. As much as this board wants to stray from culpalbility, their attitudes contribute the problem, and don't help in the slightest bit
Just look at New Orleans, Detroit or any heavily urban area

If you can allow for the possibility that white people are capable of not seeing reality because they are white, then you have to also allow for the possibility that black people are capable of not seeing reality because of their blackness.

Because whites murdering whites isn't nearly as predominant in the white community as blacks killing blacks in the black community, not even close. The number one cause of death for black males 18-34 years of age is murder by other blacks! If people want to change something that's where it needs to start!
As you read the stat below just think that whites outnumber blacks 5:1 in the US. It's sad because I work with a lot of other engineers that are black and they're great guys, just like everyone else in the office. It's like Chris Rock says, I love black people but I hate ....
