I thought about this a lot yesterday. He continuously said that his policies were on the ballot. Does he review the outcomes and correlate that to his policies being on the ballot? Does he see that the American public was showing their stark disapproval for his policies? Or does he make excuses.

Heard on the radio this morning that a rep from the WH said that he was going to provide immigration reform regardless of yesterday. Can't wait to hear the speech today.
