How many skilled black workers do leftists think are available?

My company will hire any semi-qualified black tech worker who applied. They would also hire any black applicant with ANY business knowledge.
However, about the only positions with considerable numbers of black employees are those in the call centers.
To add insult, those blacks who hold professional positions are often foreign-born blacks.
I once saw a stat that if an employer in NYC had an open position which requires a college degree and 120 IQ, there would be 100k potential white candidates as compared to 1k black candidates. Those aren’t the exact numbers, but they’re pretty close.
Do progs think companies should hire GED folks into professional positions in which they have no experience?

It’s the best part about the current corporate pandering, they know this already, but they get to put forth the “we are dedicated to hiring blah blah blah” social media post/press release so they get the Passover treatment from the media/cancel mob.
Meanwhile minuscule numbers of minorities even apply to any positions within these big tech companies, and an even smaller number than that are even remotely hire able based on qualifications.

It’s the one thing that truly bothers me with this who idea of racial equality.. what’s the end game. Blacks make up a small percentage of Americans. The cultural influence they have in society especially within the differing entertainment industries out strips there population by a wide margin compared to other races.. guess what. That’s ok but when we discuss influence within other industries they seem to want the same influence. It’s not statistically possible.. whether it be business, education or skilled labor the numbers don’t make this possible..

Yes, they do. Skill sets and intelligence do not matter. Only your skin color, willingness to bang someone of the same sex, and hatred of white people and Christians matters.

Frankly, I think liberals KNOW the answer(generally) to this question which is why they love the issue.
It's literally a perpetually unsolvable issue that they can point to and scream racism as the cause knowing full well that it will be VERY easy to call anyone who cites reality a racist also.

Trump should have killed or severely limited the H1-B visa program 3 1/2 year’s ago. I don’t agree much with conservative politics anymore but that is a no-brainer for protecting high tech US jobs.

Rooney rule for all of American business right? My company just went all in on the SJW stuff, so i'm never getting another promotion. Going to have to think long and hard about spinning up a company of my own.

Skilled is a learned position... plumbers, electricians, welders, a/c techs. Etc etc...
It’s hard enough getting any people to fill these jobs but the black community has done an especially poor job of advocating for these positions within the male black community... where they have done a very good job is pushing Black women towards college white collar jobs and healthcare jobs even when some are at the very bottom..

Agree...there's good money in all of those jobs and formal training is usually less than 1 year.
