How long before the kneeling bleeds over to college and high school athletics?

I haven’t really seen it in college or high school. I think it’s ridiculous all these guys are kneeling and hope it doesn’t bleed over to college and high school

In college the players are usually in the locker room or tunnel for the anthem I'm pretty sure

I think I read about a little league team that did it after their coach indoctrinated them.

I went to UNC-Cal a couple weeks ago and they played the anthem while both teams were still in the locker room.

I don't think that's completely true. It would have already happened in college games before Trump's speech/twitter comments BUT FOR the fact that most, if not all, bands play the anthem prior to the players coming out of the locker room.
There have already been reports of it occurring at HS games and I'm sure several other instances that have gone unreported.
Will it increase because of Trump? Probably. But this was happening BEFORE he was elected. And truth be told, is probably a microcosm of WHY he was elected in the first place.

when I played youth sports, they didn't even play the national anthem.
even during Desert Storm.
they would do it at all-star games in baseball but that was it.
its been funny watching all of these internet blowhards lose their shite over the 8 year old team kneeling during the anthem this past week.

If I am the opposing coach and the other team does it there will be no game that day, we would not take the field. A player or player on mine does it? Go right ahead but I don't have to play you.

Last season the University of Arkansas women's basketball team all took a knee during the anthem before a game, after severe blowback Jeff Long apologized and it hasn't happened since at Arkansas. Hopefully most schools handle it the same way.
