Really. At the bottom the document cites ITSELF as the source for the data.
Uh, that's because they did the study. If they cited another source and linked to it then at the bottom of that source they would cite themselves as the source.
But, if you've got another stat I'd love to see it.

I'm pretty sure the courts have consistently ruled that immigration control is a federal issue, not a state issue.
State authorities can turn over illegals to the Feds, though.

I've seen topics about Louisiana's budget struggle, how much of that is linked to Medicaid
Back before the recent expansion (which has actually helped the budget in the near term) and before the ACA, and before Bobby Jindal was elected governor, he was running very hard on this issue:
Medical costs have been increasing for Louisiana t an alarming rate, and if something isn't done about it, that portion of the budget will reach 100% by (insert some year I can't remember, 2020 maybe?)
So in spite of the protestations to the contrary, the health care industry in Louisiana has been in trouble for a long time. The ACA was said to be designed to help states that were in a similar predicament (although now we know that it's DESIGN was to increase value for major health insurance corporations' shareholders - surprise, surprise).
So the short answer your question is, none. This was predicted by Bobby Jindal back around 2006.

Or you can just tax them.
Have them pay $3000/pp each per year, and the state agrees not to report them to the feds. Everyone wins...

A casino or lottery tickets will cure our societal ills if we just adopt these revenue generators.

Where have you been lately?

I just searched their site for any evidence that an actual "study" was done and there was no trace of it. Again, pulling numbers out of their asses.
But looking at the graphic, I'm having a hard time reconciling a total estimated illegal population of 60,000 giving rise to education costs of $132,000,000.00. If you multiply the entire 60,000 by the cost spent per child in Louisiana on education you get close to the total, but we can't assume that every undocumented person is enrolled in public education. I would guess that the vast majority are adults.
The other numbers are also without any possible basis in what we could describe as good faith estimates. There is simply nothing backing this up except an anti-immigration organization which admits it created the graphic. There is nothing to suggest that any of it is based on anything.
While they were at it they should have also said that 50,000 violent crimes are committed by illegal aliens in Louisiana each year. If you are going to go all fascist against the scapegoats, why stop anywhere? If you are going to publish lies, go big.
