How inefficient is the Democratic party in Louisiana

It just blows my mind that in a state with such a huge black population, the party cannot even contend. A half decent party would have won this state by a landslide, and not have this one party super majority we have today.

I think both state parties being so horrible speaks to the broader issue that Louisiana just isn’t serious about anything. It’s been said on here by many people on this site but I’ll say it again. I love the food here. I love my family and friends here. The weather is only nice for short time periods and the political/administrative landscape is pure shite.
