How come comey is brining these allegations after he got fired?

If it happens before and he didn't do anything about it, then he, himself, would have broken the law.
What a PoS

If Trump broke the law as some are alleging, Comey could be guilty of obstruction for failing to report it.

We are supposed to believe this happened and he did not tell McCabe about it...you know, the guy heading up the investigation.
But wait, that is stupid enough that the NYT came up with the excuse that McCabe was talking about the Russians and not Flynn.

They might be attempting to bait trump into showing if he actually tapes conversations so they can request everything through the Russian narratives, in hopes of finding a bunch of other nothing burgers to blow out of proportion
I doubt he has them though, as he knows people would come after them if they knew
They didn't exactly put their neck on the line with an anonymous source reading the supposed memo to them.

You watched the news lately?

Trump didn't break the law.
Even if what is being reported (by second-hand sources) is true, he's guilty of poor judgment, at worst.
From what I've learned tonight, obstruction of justice has to be deliberate and intentional.
Asking the FBI Director if he could "back off" may not be kosher, but apparently it's far from illegal.

This is the question I was just mulling over while mowing the yard. It's probably as simple as Comey wanting to keep a hammer over Trump so when the time was right he could drop said hammer. Comey probably was instructed by the "deep state" Washington Elites to drop the fricking hammer after Comey was shite canned.
Not sure how long Comey had the info but if Trump is such a danger he should have come forward with this info ASAP. If he had the info more than a couple of weeks he should be investigated for withholding vital information that was potentially detrimental to the security of the US.

Why is that funny? Witnessing a crime and failing to report it until you feel you were wronged. This was in March no?
Would that not make comey part of a cover up while employed, possibly blackmail to keep his job.

OMG you people are some kinda special! Yea, charge Comey for Trump coercing him and attempting to subvert the FBI
Posted on 5/16/17 at 7:24 pm to buckeye_vol
That doesn't fly. If it was legal then it is legal now, or vice versa.
IF Trump broke the law, so has Comey. Period.

Just gathering evidence during an investigation. You know, like investigations are supposed to work. Comey hasn't said a word.
