How can the NFL not get a grip on this?
quote:

And the fans that don’t want to come to the game? I mean, OK. Bye. I mean, if you feel that’s something, we’re disrespecting you, don’t come to the game. You don’t have to. No one’s telling you to come to the game. It’s your freedom of choice to do that.”

Delanie walker. Holy cow what a mess

I totally agree with him but in the midst of this PR nightmare is antagonistic a good look?

They have 2 options this week....

1. Come out and k eel and burn faster

2. Come out and stand and take a huge pride hit and have the SJWs attack

It's lose lose

I so hope this becomes the NFL's logo

"Bye"

he wasn't even asked about fans not coming. He just offered it up. Roger Dodger's liver is going to be fricked by 2018

The NFL couldn't even get their story straight on Bountygate. None of this surprises me in the least.

The general public's memory is only about 2 weeks.

The NFL will recover.

They think, for some reason, that this gay boycott is actually substantial enough to hurt the NFL

This is having a bigger effect than the domestic violence issue from 3 years ago. They will survive it. We all like football. But there will be consequences. Who is affected remains unknown.

Oh, it's going to hurt plenty. The next TV contract won't be as lucrative as it would have been without all of this nonsense.

But if the NFL can survive a strike and scab players, it will survive this.

Looks like he's at the "Anger " level of the "7 States".

imho, athletes livelihood depends on people liking them. The more people that like an athlete, then the more money they make.i.e. endorsements,contract,etc..
.
They're similar to Actors in wanting public adulation.

I think they are bothered by the public outcry against them.jmho

That really was a low point and it's faded into a distant memory.Players on Strike and the Owners bring in "Replacement Players".It was bad football.
