It doesn't matter what side of the abortion laws you side with. This is a bill passed by the house for political reasons. It will never get 60 votes in the Senate.
This is just another example of the house wasting time for polical reasons.
I watched a press congress with Paul Ryan and he talked about how they passed over 300 bills that had been sent to the Senate.
This is a congress that waste its time on bills that will never make it to floor of the senate. The vote on things for polical reasons instead of trying to make laws. Then lay the blame on the senate or democrats.
This is just another example of the house wasting time for polical reasons.

Why is it assumed every government program is good and essential? Obamacare has been a complete disaster for almost everyone I know.

My city bought a snowplow. The roads were impassable due to the kids dying in the streets.

I'm pro appendectomy. I'm pro tonsillectomy. I'm all for tumor removal surgeries. I support plastic surgery for those with cleft palates. Kidney transplant are great! I'm pro all of these medical procedures and many more, because they are GOOD.

Morals are relative. Also there is a difference in how you would handle a situation in your own life vs how you don't want it to be forcibly handled by the government in everyone's life.
