Targeting stores owned by minorities when there is a racial motive would be federal and right up Mr. Holder's alley. Doubt he'll lift a finger though.

Remember the old joke about Bama cheating so the NCAA puts Kentucky on probation. In this case Holder will call for another round of tea party investigations and IRS audits.
