Starting to get a little dicy here. Does higgins win it with more passionate supporters or does angelle get by with the jindal machine?

I've only seen 1 Angelle sign so far, but have seen a bunch of Higgins signs. I live in the country FWIW

I thought about Higgins but then I saw the "First 100 days" ad & realized what a fricking dipshit he is. Seriously, the guy is a half assed used car salesman, part time night shift deputy, masquerading as some kind of John Wayne "Street Cop".

Doesn't matter.
Higgins is the stragetic vote here. He has almost no money, and no powerbrokers backing him. If he fricks it all up, he will be easy enough to remove in two years. Think a new Vance McCallister. Vote higgins.
Angelle is an opportunistic snake that's a disciple of EWE and is cozy as shite with Jindal and his machine. If he wins this race, you will never be able to get him out of that seat as he and his buddies will just pay off whoever wants to challenge them and Jindal and the likes of Timmy Teepell and co will start worming their way back into Louisiana politics again. frick that noise.
Besides it's payback time for Angelle for fricking over conservatives last year and enabling a tax and spend liberal to win the governors mansion. He damn well knew what JBE is and he still couldn't be the bigger person here to help Vitter and conservatives stop him.
