Here's Jeff Sessions asking Sally Yates if she would say no to the President

Here is a clip of Jeff Sessions (Current AG nominee) asking Sally Yates (the acting AG fired by Trump last night) if she'd be willing to refuse improper or unlawful requests by the executive branch. The context is important: She was being asked if she'd ever stand up to the (Democrat) President if he presented her a request that was improper or unconstitutional. She Answered in the affirmative. She was confirmed 84-12-4. Sessions voted against her.
