how come white people can commit 100's of hate crimes and get away with it but these youths can't? #privilege

As shocking as this is it will only take a couple of days for our friends on the left to come up with a good narrative to explain why these thugs are actually really great misunderstood children (cue 12 year old b-day pics) and it's really all our fault.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest was asked if President Obama had any comment about the video.
“I haven’t spoken to the President about it, but I am confidant he would be angered by the images that are depicted on that video,” Earnest told the reporter.
The reporter asked Earnest if this rose to the level of a hate crime.
“I think it’s too early to tell. I certainly don’t want to predict where the investigation will lead,” Earnest told the reporter. “I wouldn’t speculate at this point to what degree federal officials would get involved for considering those kinds of crimes.”

When has that ever slowed this administration down?

I don't believe in "hate crimes"

I wonder if it would have been a hate crime if the victim wasn't disabled.

There's someone you can ask.

To be honest, I was going to melt pretty badly if they weren't charged with hate crimes. By badly, I mean throwing money towards causes of getting them charged.
May the double standards be erased so we can finally move on and mend race relations.

That's some serious weight.
I was concerned that the charges were not going to be as serious as this listening to some of the statements from Chicago officials.
Good news for them is that if they go to trial they will probably stand in front of a Chicago jury.
Not in Crystal Lake, they won't. That's one of the furthest-reaching suburbs outside the city (probably an hour on a good day), and it's about as Pleasantville-ish as you can possibly be. They will fry if they are tried in McHenry County.

Hate Crimes filed on Chicago Four

I was shocked CNN was running, "There was never a question this was a hate crime" quote on their banner.

That is sociopath behavior.
Will be interesting to see their sentences. I predict they will be in infuriatingly light.
Since 2011 they havent had a death penalty. I'd imagine life in a supermax without the possibility of parole
