Are you actually hoping a sitting AG selectively enforce federal laws after watching the previous AGs ignore immigration laws?

If the law is on the books then wouldn't they be hypocritical by not enforcing the law?

If the states want it, let them have it.

Seems like it is generating revenue in the areas it is well managed.

I don't want him enforcing dipshit anti-freedom big-government bullshite harmful federal marijuana law. I don't care if that makes me inconsistent or whatnot. The Feds should not be imprisoning anyone for marijuana and should certainly not be ignoring the will of the people in those states that have legalized. The idiot federal law would probably require even medical marijuana to shut down. As a father of a child with seizures, this would be infuriating.

I don't know their federal statute codes but it's pretty obvious that immigration and border enforcement has been lax in recent administrations.

Yes and I don't care.

Although isn't it also law that the AG is prohibited from using money to prosecute marijuana cases in states where it's legal?

Then try to get those fed laws removed. I agree with the marijuana crowd but the law is still on the books. Remove it and I would have no complaints about it.

Why would he? He should definitely enforce all laws on the books. That's the job.

Yep. Picking and choosing which laws to enforce is partly why Trump won. People are tired of the sanctuary city nonsense.

Not according to the fricking 10th Amendment.
I am hoping against hope that he will not go into states with legal pot (recreational/medicinal) and enforce fed law. That will be a huge blow to liberty and freedom and the entire Republican Party.

Most expect him to enforce the laws against pot.

Personal question:
Do you utilize CBD oils or Charlotte's Web?

Congrats. You have the same view on the rule of law as Obama and his cronies.

If the law is on the books, you enforce it. Period. If you disagree with the law, have it changed. Anything else is hypocrisy of the highest form and makes you no better than the usual proggy pieces of shite who feel narrative trumps law.

Why would he? Because voters have made it exceedingly clear that marijuana is something that should be legalized in certain states and other states are heading in that direction. He should back off and allow states to handle it, bare minimum. Hopefully Trump keeps this stupid dog on a leash.
