I'm sure he does and honestly he has a very strong case. It would be up to him to peruse it but to be honest he would have to prove a reasonable person thought DJT was being serious.
The problem with that is finding a reasonable person that believes anything Trump tweets at this point

You are not really this thick are you? The sitting President just accused the previous admin of spying on his campaign. Wire tapping his personal home and campaign server. Trump has access to the whole paper trail from intel to the FISA warrants.

You missed my point.
It's not slander if it's true. If it weren't true Obama would have recourse thru the courts.
My money is on it being true. Therefore, Obama doesn't want to touch it.

Obama requested a FISA Warrant to tap Trump's Tower communications. Think-about-that, re Watergate.
Donald Trump and his Team had/have EVERY RIGHT and even a responsibility to communicate with Russian counterparts. Period. Dem ruse. They are in big trouble.

Well lets get this straight, if the WAPO/NY Times/ MSM/ propaganda machine says Trump worked with Putin to get elected it has to be true and we need a special prosecutor etc. If the gotdamn Sitting President says that the previous Admin. wire tapped his campaign its BS.
