Guy that tweeted Eichenwald charged with "assault with deadly weapon"

John Rivello, the Twitter user who allegedly sent a tweet that caused a journalist to have a seizure, was charged by the Dallas District Attorney Monday with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The felony assault charge comes with a hate crime enhancement.

Nah, you could only find one measly post of mine out of 41 thousand in seven years about Obama and his vacations and it wasn't even bitching about tax money and not working for the american people like so many conservatives did back then and even said that Presidents can do whatever they want and there's no point arguing it. I made the 2017 post not quite remembering something I said years ago.

Even if charged with aggrivated assault, the jury could find the defendant guilty of the lesser included offense, in this case misdemeanor assault.
