They say its one thing to attack the media, or other politicians, but to attack Hollywood Celebrities is going too far. They said Meryl Streep is a widely respected actress who is beloved by many, and has a gentle, docile aura from her that she would never harm a fly. Because of that, Trump will look like a huge bully attacking someone who is universally perceived as calm, gentle, classy, and elegant. They also said Meryl Streep is very wise and is an intellectual giant, especially compared to Trump.
He said that Trump attacking Meryl Streep is terrible optics, just as bad as when he attacked the Khan family. It will backfire greatly. There are some figures who should be off limits and she is one of them.

Lulz. Trumps IQ is extremely high. You can't deny the guy has foresight and knows what he is doing. He just has personality and speaks to the common man and doesn't try to act like someone he isn't like most politicians
