Popkern. He’s the guy that should put them in handcuffs. So if he releases evidence of a crime without charging a crime.....
What I’m saying is, we should have people in handcuffs before this thing is released. Or there probably won’t be anyone in handcuffs

Declassing the info makes it easier to be used in a criminal trial and the court of public opinion.
